In a dramatic turn of events Christopher Gototo has opted for Silver Strikers FC over FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, marking one of the most interesting transfers of the season over.

As of yesterday, Bullets were favorites to sign Gototo after agreeing with his parent club, Blue Eagles and they were waiting on an offer to be made.

However, Silver Strikers were too quick to agree personal terms with Gototo who did not hesitate but to inform Eagles that he is ready to join the Central Bankers.

The Bankers will cough out K5.5 million for the attacker who scored 12 goals for Blue Eagles in all competitions in the 2023 season.

He has since signed a three-year contract. The player will get a signing on fee of K4 million with K350 000 in salary.

Speaking after being unveiled the former Ascent Academy player said he is happy to have finally completed the move and that he is ready to serve the team.

β€œI am humbled to join Silver Strikers for the next three years and I would like to use the platform to showcase my talents with the club. I really hope this is part of my growth as a player and I hope for nothing but the best,” he said.
