Baka City head coach Kondwani Mwalweni has blamed their exit of the FDH Bank Cup to the bad officiation.
Baka suffered a 0-3 loss against Blue Eagles on Sunday afternoon in a quarter final clash at Karonga Stadium.
According to Mwalweni, the officiation played a huge part in their loss as they failed to control the game.
“From the onset of the game it looked like the officiation had already planned who was to progress in this match. After the first goal, my boys regrouped but the second goal from Kuwali was a clear foul and that really put off the boys,” said Mwalweni.
On his part Eagles coach Elia Kananji thanked his boys for sticking to the game plan and finishing the game in the first half.
A brace from Schumacher Kuwali and a goal from Paul Master was what has given the Area 30 outfit a place into the semis.
As it stands Blue Eagles are the only remaining team from the central region and they will face Karonga United in the semis.
Defending champions FCB Nyasa Big Bullets the only team from the southern region will take on Moyale Barracks from northern region.
