FCB Nyasa Big Bullets defender Clyde Senaji has reportedly staged a ‘boycott’ evidenced by his absence when his side demolished Mighty Tigers 2-0 in the league on Sunday at Kamuzu Stadium.

The Kenyan player could not be seen in the first eleven, not even on the bench or in the stands. On June 7 against Moyale Barracks in a friendly match, he was not available.

However, Wa Ganyu is informed that Senaji stopped reporting for training a week ago. He was last seen on May 31 during the Blantyre Derby, which saw Bullets lose 1-0 to their rivals Mighty Wanderers.

We are told that Senaji is disappointed with what happened during the derby when coach Peter Mponda substituted him at 23 minutes for Frank Willard.

Mponda has not commented on the matter, not even indicating why Senaji was not available for selection when Bullets collected maximum points over Tigers.
