TN Stars FC director, Thomas Nyirenda has expressed his satisfaction with the team’s performance in the ongoing FAM Moto Division 1 League in the Central Region, where the team is currently in second place.

Though he is not certain on his team’s championship status, Nyirenda said he is encouraged with the current performance urging both players and technical officials to remain focused on their goals.

Reflecting on the team’s relegation from the Super League in 2022 and the Chipiku Premier Division in 2023, Nyirenda noted that these challenges have been a learning experiences, teaching the team crucial lessons in resilience and growth.

“What stands in the way becomes the way. There are two types of people in the world; one sees obstacles as problems, the other as opportunities. I see an opportunity,” he stated.

He encouraged the team to learn from past mistakes and use these lessons to drive future success.

Nyirenda also expressed his belief that TN Stars will return to the elite league in the future if the team’s vision is shared by all stakeholders and if discipline is maintained.

He emphasised that his role is to connect players, technical officials, and management with the necessary resources and people to ensure success.
