The TNM Super League delivered an exciting midweek round on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, with ten goals scored across three matches. Mighty Wanderers reclaimed the top position on the table just two days after losing it to their city rivals FCB Nyasa Big Bullets.
Wanderers, Silver Strikers and Karonga United each produced three goals to collect maximum points with Nomads going back on top of the league.
At Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre, Wanderers recorded a convincing 3–0 win over Mighty Tigers. Goals from Muhammad Sulumba in the 55th minute, Blessings Mwalilino in the 75th minute and Isaac Kaliati in the 81st minute secured a comfortable victory for Nomads.
After the match, head coach Bob Mpinganjira said the win brought renewed hope to the team, although the game itself was challenging.
“We saw that we were stuck in the midfield, and that is why we took out Felix Zulu and brought in Rajab Nyirenda. We were not progressing forward, so we felt the change was necessary,” he explained.
Hat-trick at Silver Stadium in Lilongwe
At Silver Stadium in the capital city, Silver Strikers also secured a 3–0 victory over Moyale Barracks. Former Moyale striker Emmanuel Allan punished his former club by registering a hat-trick.
Allan scored his first at 69 minutes, then completed his brace at 78 before a hat-trick at 88 minutes.
In Karonga, home fans celebrated a 3–1 victory over Goshen City Dedza Dynamos. Karonga United’s goals came from Allan Chihana in the 40th minute, Godfrey Sibale in the 53rd minute and Robert Luhanga in the 89th minute, while Luke Chima scored the lone goal for Dedza Dynamos.
The win lifts Karonga United to fourth place with 40 points.
